Advanced Well Training for Drilling in the Energy Market.

Boart Longyear strives to keep all our drillers trained with the latest advances is safety procedures. Recently in the United States our drillers completed one of the most sophisticated training programs that Boart Longyear conducts anywhere around the globe.

The Blow Out Prevention/Well Control training takes three days to complete and certifies the attendees to work on high pressure wells where there is an inherent hazard of high pressure gas and steam. The training consists of classroom instruction, field applications and active simulators to hone their diagnosis and reaction skills. This is all done with the end goal in mind in maximizing productivity in a safe environment.
